You will never buy doner kebab outside again! • PLEASE SUBSCRIBE | LIKE | SHARE | COMMENT • CONNECT WITH ME ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS • Instagram: @becks_flavour • Facebook: @becksflavour • Twitter: @becksflavour • Here is what you will need: • Pita bread ingredients: • (Makes 12 Pita breads) • • 615 grams (3 ½ cups) – Plain Flour • • 1 Tablespoon – Yeast • • ¼ Teaspoon – Sugar • • 1 Teaspoon – Salt • • 3 Tablespoon – Olive Oil • • 375ml – Warm water • Doner meat ingredients: • • 500 grams – Lamb mince meat • • 500 grams – Beef mince meat • • 1 medium – Onion • • 5 garlic - cloves • • 1 tablespoon – cumin • • 1 tablespoon – parsley • • 1 tablespoon – lamb seasoning • • ½ tablespoon – paprika powder • • 1 tablespoon – white pepper • • 1 tablespoon – dark soy sauce • • ¼ tablespoon – salt (or to taste) • Put meat in the oven covered for 1 hour on 200 degrees. Then 15mins uncovered until its nice and brown.
