Fixing Tire Rub • In this video, journey along with us as we fix the notorious problem for the Toyota Tundra. Tire Rub! When you install larger tires with your lift, you will always are wondering about what will fit and not rub. We have found a company, SOCAL SUPER TRUCKS, located in San Bernardino, CA. They have created body mount plates for the Tundra. The processes involves cutting the body mount plate you currently have, then welding in the new body mount plate. This gives you all the room you need for your new tires to make sure you avoid tire rub.
