✨Full Body Dumbbell Workout✨ This workout is a full body lightweight hiit workout, you will need a set of dumbbells (I'm using 5lbs but you can choose a weight that you have or that works for you). In this workout we're focused on full body toning and building endurance by using weights. As you progress with this workout, you can always increase the weight ❤️There are 2 sets, 30 secs of work, 10 secs rest between each exercise, and 30 secs rest between each set. This workout has audio cues to explain each workout as you go along and is beginner friendly!
