Renovating abroad when you live 2000 km away 32

I am in Italy on a 10 day flying visit and am cramming in as many jobs as I can in between and around my day job. This is the second instalment from my short trip to my farmhouse in Le Marche where I continue with the jobs that I have the materials to work on.
