Ube Custard Cake is a perfect combination of soft chiffon ube cake and creamy leche flan. • Here's what you'll need: • 3/4 cup sugar • 1/2 cup water • 6 egg yolks • 1 cup condensed milk • 1/2 cup cream (whipping cream or all purpose cream) • 1/4 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk • 1 tsp vanilla • 4 egg yolks • 1/3 cup sugar • 1/4 cup oil • 1/4 cup milk • 1 tsp vanilla • 1 tsp concentrated ube flavoring • 3 drops of purple food coloring • 1 cup all purpose flour • 1 and a 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 4 egg whites • 1/2 tsp vinegar • 1/3 cup sugar • • Bake at 180°Celsius for 55 to 65 minutes.
