HOW TO LAY FLOOR SCREED SAND AND CEMENT MIX amp PLASTER SPOTS INDACATORS

On this one I show how I lay a screed floor mixed on site with sand and cement showing tips and the exact way I do my screeding setting out straightening the screed rubbing it and steel trowel floating it up smooth from start to finish I also show plaster spots and how they came in handy for plastering the floated wall on finding the holes for the heater to go back on ready for the floor screed to be laid down , I show the dpm / damp proof membrane the instillation for the floor also. Screeding is not an easy job it is very physical and hard to do skill wise so if trying to do it DIY you will need to take your time like I say in the video and get it right early and keep an eye on it checking you are still level. Laying floors can take time so be prepared to get stuck in, it might be easier to get ready mixed screed ordered in to suit the job but if making the floor screed mix in site we have a video on how to mix floor screed on the channel also.
