Cristiano Tomei is the passionate italian chef of Imbuto restaurant and Satura tavern in Lucca. After the challenge with pasta and beans against Aurelio Barattini, Tomei makes his comeback to talk about another great classic: spaghetti with tomato sauce. The chef's first recipe traces the Tuscan country tradition with a pumarola by the book. This sauce filled with memory will 'indirectly' serve as a base for the second pasta course, a definitely more contemporary one.
