LG says its new OLED T (Transparent) Wireless 77-inch 4K TV is coming to market this year, but the price is anyone's guess at this time. We got a first look at the capabilities of this innovative television concept at CES 2024 with LG Senior Product Trainer, Gregg Lee. • The secret to making this TV to work is two fold. All the connections are housed in an external box that wirelessly communicates video signals to the TV. All the individual OLED pixels are embedded into the glass and only turn on when there's any color except black, which means black is displayed as clear (see-thru). However, for regular TV/movie watching you wouldn't want to watch a show without the color black so to generate the color black an opaque black shade slides up (from the bottom) behind the glass panel.
