Cold weather means comfort food. I saw Meat Church make a King Ranch chicken casserole and knew I had to give it a go. Who’s grabbing a plate?🐔 • . • . • For the casserole filling I mixed cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, grilled chicken and veggies that were seasoned with Truffle Jalapeño lime and my smoke junkie rub, tomatoes and corn chips. Layered that on top of tostada shells a couple of times.
