Today we finished grouting the whole saltillo tile floor and stripped the existing tile floor that we are matching the install to. • If you do not grout properly, you can have grout showing on the surface, but not actually be deep enough into the tiles. Remember some of the tiles are also irregular shaped, pillowed, or tacoed with corners curving upwards. • If you don't get the grout deep enough under these areas then you can have a major problem later on down the line when people start to live on these things. • Top 3 Grouting problems: • 1) Cracked Grout • 2) cracked tiles and tile corners (especially saltillo tiles) • 3) missing grout , sometimes also caused by earthquakes especially more common in California where we live • After we fully grout the floor and wipe away the excess then the next step is to clean and seal the new tiles, and to strip , clean, and reseal the old saltillo terracotta tile to match the install. • Stay tuned to see how it turns out and we have a special surprise for our viewers. We will be trying something completely new for our industry. You will get to hear from the customers own mouth on video, in her house a real unscripted video review that you will find no where on yelp. • • Subscribe and stay informed as we will be unveiling all types of new content and we are working on providing a much more immersive experience to our high quality viewers. https://amzn.to/2MOEADr • Also, check out our website for other services: • http://www.californiatilerestoration.... • Happy super bowl Sunday
