Today I would like to bake an extravagant looking but actually very easy Litha lemon tart with you . As a true summer solstice recipe, this light , creamy and summery midsummer cake will bring joy and heapyness to you anbd your withcy friends. It is an ideal dessert for this wiccan sabbath. It can even be transformed into an easy no-bake cake.
