A time-lapse view of construction at Lake Oroville: Crews continue work on the middle and upper chutes of the Lake Oroville main spillway, placing and securing rebar panels for walls and slabs, and installing underdrains beneath the upper chute. Recently poured structural concrete slabs are smoothed and finished before being covered in concrete curing blankets.
