Prep stunt is one of the most basic stunts in cheerleading. • Make sure you master the drills before you do the stunt. That is how you will make sure you are doing the stunt properly. • Start in a proper sponge position. Bases and the back spot stay close to the stunt, keep the arms in a belly button height and bend the legs. Flyers, keep the line between shoulder, knees and toes and look forward. • When dipping it is really important that bases and a back spot use only their legs. After the dip you need to extend your legs, hips and shrug the shoulders at the same time and use the power to lift the flyer to extended level. • Then slowly bring the flyer down to a prep level, lock elbows to your body and be stable. • Flyers, aggressively extend the whole body, keep the line straight and look forward. • Then, spread the legs shoulder width apart, lock your hips and keep the body extended. • Finish with a nice prep position. • Happy stunting. • More content on: • IG -   / β€‹β€‹β€‹   • https://www.cheer-iq.com/ • E-mail: [email protected]
