The plaintiff brought his truck to the defendant’s truck for a tune-up. It kept overheating, and after multiple trips back, the defendant told him he needed a new engine. The plaintiff is upset the defendant made him pay thousands in repairs when he knew all along the plaintiff’s truck required an engine. He’s suing for faulty repairs, lost wages, and aggravation. The defendant argues the truck had almost 200,000 miles on it and is 16 years old.
