How to get ANY Villager in Animal Crossing New Horizons

*NOTE* After recording this video new information came out that made it unclear if the ignoring method actually works. Ignoring villagers made them leave your town in New Leaf and early information about New Horizons made it seem like it was them same. However it now seems the villagers will randomly ask you if they can move out, unprompted by the player actions. Either ways the process is similar; just wait for the thinking bubble to appear above a villagers head and talk to them. Sometimes they'll ask to move sometimes they won't so the process will take some time. • Thanks for watching everyone!
