LAMB GYRO WITH TRINI FLAVOURS LET’S GO

Gyro lamb is a Greek dish but has become part of many family dinner tables . Today I am baking lamb to get a nice tender meat and adding side dishes to compliment it. The secret to having a moist lamb is by adding broth to the dish, covering and baking it. Today my twist on it is to add coconut milk. This natural milk has oils that will infuse our meat even more and bring happiness to our palette.
