In this video we will be disassembling a 3 Class 600 Trunnion mounted ball valve. • • This valve was brought to us for repair. Each manufacturers trunnion ball valve will vary in design but every trunnion will follow the same concepts. In this video we will show you how to take apart a trunnion ball valve. We will also show each part inside of the valve. • • These valves are repairable. All of the orings and graphite parts will be replaced. The seat inserts were ok and can just be relapped.
