Easy Tiramisu recipe. You'll never need another one! • Cold Coffee (2 C) • 2 Eggs • 2 Tbs sugar • 200g Mascarpone (or Cream) • Savoiardi biscuits • Make the coffee, add ice, and make sure it cools down fully. • Separate the yolks and the whites in 2 bowls. Add 1 Tbs of sugar in both bowls. • With a mixer beat the eggs in the bowls until stuff peaks and creamy. • Add the mascarpone in the yellow. And mix it until all combined. • Fold in the cream and the yellow. • Get a pyrex square dish. • Dip the savoiardi biscuits in the coffee for only 3 seconds max. Place into a pyrex dish. Make sure there is no gap in between. Put the sugar side of the biscuit at the bottom. • Layer the egg yolk cream on top and spread it around. • Dust cocoa (or nesquick) and grate dark chocolate on top. Be generous with the cocoa. • Add another layer of biscuits. • Add the cream on top and grate dark chocolate and dust cocoa with a sieve again. • Cover it with cling film and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to 8 hours. • Enjoy. • Tips: • You can put the eggs with sugar in a bain marie if you're worried about salmonella. • You can use cream instead of egg whites if you're worried about the eggs. • You can add amaretto inside the coffee if you wish. • Substitute mascarpone for: • Cream cheese, smooth cottage cheese, creme fraice, or just cream. • For a big dish use: • 5 eggs • 4 Tbs sugar • 2 Tubs of mascarpone • 2 packets of Savoiardi biscuits • 3 C coffee • #tiramisu #italianfood #italianbaking #coffeedessert #chocolatedessert #dessertrecipes
