Do It Yourself Backpack Raincover Ultralight Complete Step by Step

My very first Do It Yourself video :-) • Using a couple of Sony mirrorless cameras, one on a gimbal and one on a tripod, along with Linco lighting and Rode microphones recording into a Zoom H1 recorder; I set out to make my first How To video. I have actually recorded all the footage for 17 video's and this is the first one out of post production. I truely hope you enjoy them. • My son and I work really hard on the video editing. He had fun coming up with funny things to say about me ;-). • I will be making a follow up video on a back packing trip, on using this backpack raincover (it always rains when I go out LOL). I will update this description with a link to that video once it is published. • Materials Needed: • 1 Yard Waterproof Fabric (sil nylon, xenon 1.1, xenon 0.9, xenon 5300, or multicam) • 4 Feet of 3/32 Shock Cord • 1 Mini Cordlock • Tools and Supplies Needed: • Sewing Machine • Scissors • Ruler/Tape Measure • Tape (masking tape) • 100% polyester thread (Gutermann Mara 70 Tex 40) • Directions: • Step 1: Measure your full pack top to bottom and side to side. Add 3 inches to both measurements so you have room for your rolled hems. • Step 2: Lay out fabric on a flat surface.
