This recipe is so easy, you can mix up the flavors (and colors) and you can feel good giving it to your kids after their next game! Subscribe to WUM for new vids M-W-F! http://bit.ly/sub2moms • INGREDIENTS • • 2.5 cups coconut water • • juice of 1 orange (about 1/2-3/4 cup) • • juice of 1-2 limes (about 1/4-1/2 cup) • • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt • • 2-3 drops trace mineral drops • http://amzn.to/2elFwCD • • 1 tablespoon honey • • 1/2 cup juice • DIRECTIONS • 1. Put coconut water in mason jar or glass container. Add citrus juice, sea salt, trace mineral drops and honey. Shake very well to dissolve honey. • 2. Add juice and shake.
