Take the first portion and scrape down the meat to one side. • Second portion has two bones; we must remove the thinner bone and scrape down the meat as we did before. Run a knife in between these bones and around the corners to easily remove the thinner bone. • Take a large bowl and add the ingredients for curd brine solution in that then whisk it well and sock all the frenched chicken wings in the curd brine solution for about 1 hour. • Prepare a marinade with second group of ingredients and apply thoroughly on the chicken, keep it aside for 30 Min to 1 Hr. • Prepare the batter with third group of ingredients and dip all the chicken wings in to batter and drop in the oil for frying. The oil should be in medium heat. • Reshape the lollipops once before dropping in to the oil. • Heat a pan and add all the fourth group of ingredients one by one ,Stir it for about 1 minute. Add all chicken lollipops and gently mix it in medium flame. • Now the restaurant style chicken lollipop is ready. • Try this in your home and share your feedbacks.
