24x24 Pole Barn 2 car garage with 29 gauge Metal

In this video, I tour a 24x24 post frame (two car) garage in Ohio. Set on a beautiful setting, this metal garage with an 8/24 sidewall porch has a lot to offer. The black wainscot trim, in 3’ sections, adds good contrast to the white steel, and matches the black roof. 🌼 • If you notice, we built the 3x3 windows above the wainscot trim on this 10’ tall barn garage. With black outside corners and with white trim around the windows, this garage is color coordinated to match the house. • The white gutters - run in four inch sections - provide an escape from the rainy seasons in Ohio. With vented soffitt and a one foot overhang - air can move freely and help with moisture control. • The 4/12 roof pitch matches the home roof line and presents well in this cozy suburb. The freshly poured concrete pad - 4 inches thick - adds an access route from the alley to this pole barn garage. • A good looking, well designed, and functional pole barn garage is ready for use.
