LOWER TRAPS • Prone Ys are one of the best exercises to target our lower traps along with a few other muscles in the shoulder complex • Many people have weak lower traps and over active upper traps so this is a great exercise to help reestablish balance between them • I like to use a bench to support the chest and allow you to focus on pure shoulder movement • Make sure you’re elevating your shoulders properly and not just shrugging your upper traps to lift the arms • Try a few sets of 10-15 reps with 5” golds at the top • #shoulder #shoulderworkout #neckpain #physicaltherapy #physio #physiotherapy #physicaltherapist #physiotherapist #health #fitness #workout
