A quick video guide demonstrating how to craft and use the Kibbles to tame faster and more effectively in ARK. Make sure you cook the prime meat first before you turn it to jerky ! This was made in V186 of ARK. • Useful Wiki Page For Which Kibble To Make: http://ark.gamepedia.com/Kibble • How Kibble works[ Thanks to James Kaplonek for this great explanation]: • Taming effectiveness won't go up, but it also doesn't go down when you use the kibble ;) The way affinity works is that every time the dino eats some food, normally the taming bar goes up but the affinity goes down by a set amount (0.5% or something). Over the course of eating lots of normal meat, this makes the affinity go down a lot from the starting 100%. • With kibble, since it doesn't make the effectiveness go down at all when eaten, but still makes the taming bar jump up a lot, this means that if you fed the dino nothing but kibble, you should reach a full taming bar and keep 100% efficiency throughout • • What To Join Our ARK Server?
