SALE TODAY: Learn Piano on iOS http://bit.ly/PianoAppSale • Mahalo cooking expert Tristan Blash shows you how to make oatmeal raisin cookies. • What You'll Need • --------------------------------------------------------------------- • This recipe produces six dozen cookies. • Ingredients • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 egg, lightly beaten • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup granulated sugar • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted • 1 tbsp molasses • 1/4 cup milk • 1 3/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, uncooked • 1 cup raisins • Equipment • Mixing bowl • Wooden spoon • Measuring cups • Measuring spoons • Baking sheets • Cooling racks • Spatula • Instructions • --------------------------------------------------------------------- • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 • °F (176°C). • 2. Mix the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together in a large bowl. • 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix together until blended. • 4. Drop teaspoon-sized portions two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. If you want larger cookies, you can use a tablespoon, which will make 24 larger oatmeal cookies. • 5.
