Back in June when I walked there, this new BTO cluster was still behind barriers with construction workers and it was like this case for very long time since March. However, this time round, a few blocks have been opened to the public ironically on the exact same date as when the EWL disruption took place at near Ulu Pandan Depot, and upon hearing from @nbhscolouredhdbelevatorsli6345 and @sgliftcam238, I decided to venture in to ride on the new lifts it had.
