Swiss Meat Fondue/You Tube #shorts • Swiss meat fondue is one of the top faves for the Christmas holiday dinner meals! Also known as Fondue Chinoise is a meat fondue made with sliced meat cooked in beef or chicken stock, a healthier option than the more common and popular, Fondue Bourguignonne. It uses hot oil instead of a broth, and cubed beef instead of sliced beef, pork and chicken. Eat it either with rice or noodles plus sauces of your choices. We had garlic sauce, yoghurt and bourguignonne sauce.
