This can be a great daily routine to boost your confidence, especially when walking ✅ • Use a chair or another stable object for support. You can also complete the movements in a corner of a wall for even more support ⚠️ • I’m doing these movements barefoot which can be helpful in strengthening the foot. If you can’t tolerate barefoot, shoes are fine too! 🦶👟 • Did you notice that one side is more difficult than the other? This is very common with balance exercises.
