Since they have a small home, they figured that if they built something, it could have multiple uses. They use it as an Airbnb and as a guest house when friends and family come to visit. The most impressive part is that it has already paid for itself in 4 years, which means now everything they make is profit. They plan to continue to use it as an Airbnb while they're children are young and then allow their kids to use it as a homework/hangout space when they get a little older.
