Rocket leaves and Beetroot Salad is one of my Employer's favorite salad. • Ingredients: • Rocket leaves • Beetroot • Tomato • walnuts ( caramelized) • Feta cheese • You can also add Pomegranate fruit • • For the Sauce: • 1 tbs. Mustard • 1 tbs. Honey • 1 tbs. lemon juice • 2 tbs. Olive oil • 2 tbs. Pomegranate molasses • 1/2 tsp.
