I visit Saidpur Village in Pakistan where it's believed the Hindu God Ram spent some time during his 14-year exile! We visit Ram Kund Temple (Rama Mandir) and the Dharamshala there. It's said that Ram drunk out of the pond here, hence the name Ram Kund Mandir राम कुंड मंदिर. The temple was built in the 16th century. • Hindu pilgrims used to visit from far and wide and host a mela (festival) at this temple every year. But that has stopped since partition and the idols have been removed from the temple. There's now graffiti inside, although it has been renovated and made into a heritage site. It's hoped that it will be reopened for Hindus in the future. • This video is dedicated to my family who are Shri Ram followers from Haryana.
