HKS Architects favored Hendrick’s H-CLAD heavy duty cladding system and perforated panels to meet the project’s specifications. • Manufactured from .190 thick aluminum, the perforated panels feature 2 diameter holes on 2-7/16 staggered spacing for a 61% open area. This panel system utilized concealed fasteners to attach to the aluminum sub-framing and was designed to withstand hurricane force winds up to 165mph. H-CLAD’s dead load and slip connections allow for independent floor movement of the parking garage.
