🐟🔥🥔 Baked Sea Bass with Potatoes: A very easy recipe! 🤤🌊🌟 Discover the flavor of this grilled fish with a bed of potatoes! 💯🔝💫 • • ➖BAKED SEA BASS WITH POTATOES➖ • 📝INGREDIENTS: • 🔸Sea bass 1 unit (1 kg) • 🔸Potatoes 3 units • 🔸Red pepper 1/2 unit • 🔸Green pepper 1/2 unit • 🔸Tomato 1 unit • 🔸Onion 1/2 unit • 🔸Garlic 2 units • 🔸White wine • 🔸Olive oil • 🔸Salt • 🔥 PREPARATION: • ▪️1. On a baking tray put the sliced potatoes. *(not very thick) • ▪️2. Put the vegetables on top and add a little salt and oil. • ▪️3. Cover and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes. • ▪️4. Make a mash with , garlic, salt, white wine and olive oil. • ▪️5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and put the fish on top. *(cover the tail with aluminum foil so it doesn't burn) • ▪️6.
