A young sharp-shinned hawk (Accipiter striatus) letting out a few calls while having a moment's rest after being harassed and chased around by a Steller's Jay. • Sharp-shinned hawks are the smallest hawk in Canada and the United States. They have a widespread distribution throughout North America, Central America, and South America.
