I have been working Tribetan exercises or better called Tibetian rites for several years now almost every day. I started with them when I had severe back pain due to excessive seating because of the specifics of my work. When I broke my musles around my knee and broke the wrist, my health was obviously not in good shape. Although I eat all food possible I decided for the last few months to give up meat, even fish, which I loved, and eggs. I lost almost 20 pounds and I feel reborn. Začel sem z njimi, ko me je zaradi prekomernega sedenja zaradi specifike mojega dela začel boleti hrbet. Ko sem si pretrgal križno vez in zlomil zapestje, se mi je zdravje očitno poslabšalo.
