BAKING BANANA BREAD HANNAH MAGGS

This week Stef and I needed a break so instead of the usual vlog I decided to try something new and try some baking although I'm not the best baker and things didn't go as smoothly as you'd expect. • Let me know if you'd like me to do more, I know they aren't exactly typical baking videos but maybe I'll get better with practice :) xxx • Ingredients: • 4 Ripe Bananas (Mashed) • 1/3 Cup Soft Butter • 1 Cup of Soft Brown Sugar • 1 Egg Beaten • 1 Tablespoon Bicarbonate of Soda (with a pinch of salt) • 1/5 Cups of Flower • 1 Cup of Crushed Walnuts (sorry for the incorrect spelling in the video) • Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas 4. Grease a 23 x 13 x 6-cm / 9 x 5 x 3- inch bread tin. • Pour the mashed bananas into a big mixing bowl. Mix in the butter sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Add the bircarbonate / baking soda and salt and mix in the flour last. Pour into the prepared tin.
