Bistik Daging / Spicy Beef Steak - Bistik • Thanks for watching Dapur Kota Singa, thumbs up if you like this video and subscribe to my channel • Visit my blog @ http://dapurkotasinga.blogspot.sg • @ http://whatsinmysmallkitchen.blogspot.sg • Music : That Night in Your Car by Spazz Cardigan • • Spicy Beef Steak - Bistik • Ingredients: A • 1 kg Beef / Mutton • 2 packets Minah’s Bistik Spices • 2 onions or 10 shallots (slice) • Potatoes (fried) • 1 can tomato paste or puree • 1 - 2 cups chillies paste • 1 tsp turmeric • 1/2 cup sweet soy sauce (Kicap manis) • Fried shallots • 1 tbsp red sugar • 4 green chillies • Green peas • Mint leaves • Coriander leaves • optional: 1 tbsp ghee • • Step 1 • Marinate Beef for 30 mins • 1 kg Beef / Mutton • 1 packet Minah’s bistik spices • 1/2 tsp salt • *Fry marinated beef for 8 mins and set aside • Fry potato cubes or wedges • Ingredients: B • Blended ingredients: • 3 tbsp onion paste • 1 tbsp garlic paste • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste • • Serve: • Toasted bread or baguette • Butter or margarine • Method • Saute slice onions or shallots for a few mins • Add blended ingredients, onion, garlic ginger paste saute for 5 mins • Saute chillies paste until fragrant and add Bistik's spice mix • Next add marinated beef / fried beef, cook for about 10 mins, add tomato paste, fried shallots, sweet soy sauce (Kicap manis) and red sugar • Final step add green chillies, mint leaves, green peas, potato wedges, coriander leaves and fried shallots • Bistik Daging • Bahan-bahan: A • 1 kg daging lembu / kambing • 2 bungkus Rempah Minah’s Bistik Spices • 2 biji bawang besar atau 10 biji bawang merah kecil • 1 sdm ghee / minyak sapi (optional) • Kentang (goreng) • 1 tin pes tomato atau tomato puree • 1 - 2 cawan chillies kisar • 1 sdt kunyit • 1/2 cawan kicap manis (Kicap manis) • Bawang goreng • 1 sdm gula merah • 4 cili hijau • Kacang hijau • Daun pudina • Daun ketumbar • Bahan-bahan campuran: B • 3 sudu besar pasta bawang • 1 sudu besar pasta bawang putih • 1/2 sudu besar halia pes • #Beef bistik
