When I created this quick pizza dough recipe, my goal was to make a pizza you could mix and bake right away without waiting, and fresh pizza in less than 30 minutes! • The result is a soft, fluffy crust that’s packed with nostalgic flavors and textures. In our house, it’s devoured within minutes, and I’m sure your family will love it just as much! • If you grew up loving Ellio's pizza, you will be thrilled with this recipe. It captures those classic, familiar flavors in an easy-from-scratch from scratch version! • Due to anaphylactic allergies to milk, we have to use dairy-free cheese, so you won’t see a pizza overloaded with traditional cheese here. With vegan cheese, a little goes a long way! • For a tasty dairy-free pizza or even vegan pizza, we recommend using Follow Your Heart Shredded Mozzarella and Follow Your Heart Grated Parmesan to achieve that cheesy flavor without the dairy. • To make this pizza, you'll need: • 7 g yeast • 236.59 g water warm 110 degrees F • 4 g sugar • 125 g 00 flour • 250 g bread flour or all-purpose, add more if needed • 28 g olive oil • 3 g salt • 1.5 g granulated garlic • Bake at 450 degrees F on a parchment-lined baking sheet. • If you prefer a crispier crust, bake the pizza on a preheated pizza stone or pizza steel. You can also bake at 550 degrees F.
