This is an instructional video to help people with new ileostomy or colostomy. I hope this will help those who are new to changing an ostomy bag. I mostly changed mine every 3 days and when there is a leak around it.I made this video a day before my ileostomy take down. Every body changes their bag a little differently but follows the same basic principles. It's okay to adopt your own routine. I have attached a trusted web page for some questions you may have.
