I added a few culinary complements and voila! A crowd-pleasing appetizer was born. It's so simple and elegant that you'll make this your go-to entertaining dish! • ------ • Brie, Fig Jam, and Pecan Crostinis • 1 wedge of 'runny' brie • 1 jar fig jam • 1 bag of spicy pecans • raisin walnut bread • Slice bread into 1/4 (6 mm) slices • Top each piece of bread with a slice of brie, jam and one pecan • Create a few for guests and set on the platter.
