Leave it in the comments down below! • It’s no secret that MrBeast brings in a large amount of money with his various YouTube channels. He is known for his charitable donations and massive giveaways. But as of today April 1st, 2021 MrBeast has purchased a $55 million dollar mansion and today we are going to show you inside! • MrBeasts new $55 million dollar mansion is located in Coral Gables, Florida directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Now before we go any further into the video this is obviously an April fools joke but we thought it would be fun to take a look at a beautiful ocean front property that MrBeast could potentially buy if he didn’t give away all of his money. But in all honesty we are glad MrBeast uses his platform for good and I think a lot of wealthy individuals could learn a thing or two from Jimmy. • The $55 million dollar home is set in roughly one and a quarter acres of land with a stunning backyard space. The home was built in 2018 and sold to its first owner in April of 2019 for 25.5 million dollars. Ultimately the property resurfaced onto the market in late 2020 where it has yet to find a new owner until MrBeast decides to buy it and give it away to his first ever subscriber. Luckily for Jimmy the tax assessed value of the home only sits at $21 million dollars so he would only be looking at $400,000 per year in property taxes and roughly $230,000 per year in homeowners insurance. But I think with a couple brand deals and if some more people head over to shop-MrBeast.com those added costs won’t be much of an issue. • The home is a 8 bedroom and 11 bathroom with 18,963 square feet of living space breaking down to about $2,895 per square foot. As you make your way into the private gated community and find your way to the very last house on the street is where you will find the entrance into the motor court of this beautiful home. When you first come into the drive you have the home straight ahead with the entrance to the 5 car garage off to the left. As you make your way inside the home you will enter into the foyer which is outfitted with 20 foot ceilings and a crazy light fixture hanging from above. Off to the right of the entranceway you will find a full scale bar perfect for when you’re throwing a party and off to the left is a small sitting area. Carrying straight ahead and under the split staircase you will find yourself in the central living space of the home that has pocket sliding doors that grant you access out into the backyard and view of the Atlantic. • If you step out the sliding doors onto the back deck you overlook the 360 degree infinity pool. The backyard comes with plenty of flat grass area and symmetrical palm trees to really make you feel like a billionaire. The lot is situated on the edge of a peninsula that points directly out towards the Atlantic and you can see Miami Beach on the horizon. Beside the property is a protected canal which features a 140 foot boat dock that can accommodate up to a 200 foot mega yacht. Which if you live on the Atlantic right next to Miami you sort of need a mega yacht, so Jimmy that’ll be another added expense unfortunately or fortunately however you want to look at it. One thing’s for sure is if there was ever a hurricane I have no idea how this home would be protected from any form of a storm surge. • Stepping back inside and off to the right side of the home you will find even more lounge areas and doors that lead out to the side deck where you can find the outdoor kitchen. Moving farther down the hall you come to the actual kitchen of the home which offers quartz countertops and white painted cabinets. The kitchen features a decent sized center island and every top of the line appliance you would expect in a home of this stature. However in all honesty the kitchen is quite small for such a large home. But I’m sure if you’re purchasing this $55 million dollar mansion you’re most likely not sitting down to cook a home cooked meal anytime soon. • If you flip back over to the other side of the home you will find the formal dining room which features French doors to the side deck which is where you would access the boat dock. Just down the hall you will find a home office which would be perfect for Jimmy's editing team to work out of. Down the hall you will find the entrance to the 5 car garage. And if you briefly step outside you will actually find a separate guest house that is to be used for the captain of your mega yacht.
