Chicken roll an easy recipe perfect for weeknights

This recipe is a family favorite! • • INGREDIENTS • 6 chicken breasts • 6 slices cheese • 6 slices ham • 13 slices bacon • salt to taste • black pepper to taste • METHOD • • Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and place between two pieces of plastic wrap. Use the flat side of a meat mallet to pound it flat. Continue with the remaining breasts. • Line your working surface with plastic wrap and place flatten breasts on top in 2 rows slightly overlapping each other. • Arrange cheese slices on the flattened chicken and top with ham. With the help of plastic wrap, roll up the chicken, ensuring the filling stays inside. Chill for 1 hour. • Place bacon strips overlapping slightly on the working surface lined with plastic wrap, place the cooled chicken roll on top and roll it up. • Preheat the oven to 180C/360F.
