Instant Pot Best Lamb Curry - Pressure cooker lamb recipe - Instant Pot Indian Recipes • This Instant Pot lamb curry is extremely delicious and juicy and will soon become your family's favorite dish on the table. • 🔔Please click on the link below and subscribe to Curries With Bumbi so that I can bring more new recipes for you-- https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCc5O... • Ingredients required for making this Instant Pot lamb recipe - • garlic - 9 large cloves • ginger - 2 inch length • onion - 1 large • potatoes - 3 large • coriander seeds - 2 teaspoon / 1 tablespoon of store bought ground coriander • cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon / 2 teaspoons of ground cumin • oil - 5 tablespoons • boneless lamb - 1.2 lb/1/2 kilo. If using lamb with bones then use nearly 2 pounds of lamb • dry bay leaf - 1 large • green cardamoms - 6 • cinnamon stick - 1 inch length • cloves - 4 • plain, unflavored yogurt - 5 tablespoons • paprika/kashmiri red chili powder - 3 teaspoons heaped • cayenne pepper /red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (optional) • salt - 2 teaspoons or as per taste • sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoons (optional) • water - 1/4th cup to mix with yogurt 1 to 2 cups for gravy • garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon • Serve this with pulao, rice, roti or naan.
