First, remove the old coating with a dry brush or isopropyl alcohol. In extreme cases, soak the tent in a water, dish soap and isopropyl alcohol mixture. • Once the surface is clean and dry, re-coat it by spreading an even, thin layer across the fabric. Once cured, a waterproof barrier will appear as clear and glossy, preventing water from seeping through the fabric.
