Fixing Ford Pass Activation Issues SYNC 4 vehicles unable to activate

After getting stranded and unable to start my Mach-E and two occasions using the FordPass app and Phone as a Key, I re-installed PAAK and re-paired the app and it seems to be working. Ford acknowledged potential connectivity issues and with the most recent update, 3.35.2, this is what was recommended for a fix. I even got a message in the app that said they are working on a fix. I'll report back with any further problems. They also now enabled an ability to setup a passcode so if your phone dies, you can enter in your passcode to start the vehicle, which I have now done! The first time I tried to setup the passcode, there was a connectivity issue.
