Frank Thomas, AKA The Big Hurt, was one of the 1990s finest ballplayers. He seemed to have no limitations! He hit for average, power, and was patient, walking more than he struck out for his career! His consistency is under appreciated, and there’s a stat we’ll discuss later on that all but confirms this claim. He played 16 years with the White Sox, and set record after record for the franchise.
