April 24th is National Pigs in a Blanket Day, or as the French call it, Saucisson en croûte, sausage in a crust. Instead of little dogs wrapped in Pillsbury Crescent Rolls served as finger food, I wrapped Kielbasa in puff pastry, baked, sliced and plated and served with 2 types of mustard.
