Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day, like No Knead Bread, but different. Learn how to bake bread using the Artisan Bread Recipe, a simple bread recipe with no kneading. Similar to the NY Times Bittman No Knead Bread, but you can keep the dough in the fridge. • We've found baking the Artisan bread in the dutch oven yields a better loaf, but you can also bake this bread on a baking stone with great results.
