The Dude's favorite drink made five ways, each better than the last! White Russian Variations for the Big Lebowski! • A long while back I tackled the White Russian, and I got it wrong. Oddly that video is one of my more popular, maybe it's the controversy? Whatever it is, I had to go back and get it right. So today I make a White Russian that would be to The Dude's Standards, and then I make four more variations on it. The first is the Black Russian, which is really less a variation on the White Russian and more the roots originator of it. That one isn't great. The other three are modern takes on the form, and they're outrageously good. The best White Russians I've ever had. No joke. • White Russian • • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Kahlua • • 2 oz. or 60 ml. Vodka • • 1 oz. or 30 ml. half half • • build over ice and stir • Black Russian • • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Kahlua • • 2 oz. or 60 ml. Cold Brew Coffee • • 4 oz. or 120 ml. whole milk • • .25 oz. or 8 ml. sambuca • • 1 oz. or 30 ml. vodka • •1 oz. or 30 ml.
