Here is a Distance Run Test for you fellas! You guys can argue which is better in the comments. I personally prefer HASTE since I usually always take my knife out and go on killing sprees. Haste helps me accomplish that. As for Sprint, however, it is situational at most times and yes it can be super powerful when the perfect moment comes, but I would really just go for the haste.
